The sultry Bollywood diva, Deepika Padukone says that no matter how good or bad the days are, she believes in living every moment to the fullest. Dips, who is on a professional high, shares her five best memories:
1 On the receiving end
One of the most unforgettable moments of my life has been in school. I had won a sports competition and my father, Prakash Padukone, was the chief guest of the evening. It was an honour to receive an award from my dad in front of the entire school.
Shooting for my first ad was a special experience. It was a Liril ad campaign. After my successful stint as a model while I was still in college, it was a different experience to face the camera for the first time.
3 Playing Shanti
Om Shanti Om is definitely a memory that I will always cherish. Right from the moment I first met Farah (Khan) for a New Year's bash to the release of the film. I cherish every moment I've spent while filming OSO. Sharing the screen space with Shah Rukh Khan made it all the more special.
4 The big day
My 25th birthday should definitely make it to this list. It was an intimate time with all my family and close friends. What made it all the more special is that I celebrated it in the city where I was born Copenhagen, Denmark.
5 Family time
I am a regular girl and love spending time with my family. We have a very close knitted family, though dad being a sports star was often touring. And now that I am working in a profession where I hardly get the time to spend with family, all my family holidays have become extra special for me.
