Priyanka Chopra has been travelling in the US since quite a while now. And her absence from the city forced the makers of her upcoming film co-starring Ram Charan to call in someone to dub for her role. And it’s none other than Chinmayi Sripada, who also sang the popular Titli track from Deepika Padukone’s recent release.
According to sources, PC quickly learnt the ropes of mouthing her Telugu dialogues in the bilingual film. Says a unit-hand, “Sometimes Ram Charan would fumble with his Telugu lines but there was no stopping Priyanka.
But with her being away in US, Chinmayi had to be called in. Her most recent song picturised on Deepika has found a good following. Since the date of release is not far away, the singer had to step in.” Director Apoorva Lakhia confirmed having roped in Chinmayi.
