Defeat won't hurt Mumbai Indians momentum: Bravo

Mumbai Indians might have rested some of their players in last night's defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders, but stand-in skipper Dwayne Bravo insisted it won't affect the momentum of the team.

"Missing one game will have no bearing. They are all big players and know what to do," Bravo said and added that though the team ended up on the losing side, they still took away a lot of positives from the match.

"There have been a lot of positives from this match and we are hoping to take all of those to the semi-final."

Table toppers Mumbai Indians will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore in the semi-final and Bravo said that winning the semi-final will be the first step. "Winning the semis and making the final would be perfect but eventually our main aim is to win the title," Bravo said.

The West Indian all-rounder also said that playing along side Tendulkar has been a learning experience for all the youngsters.

"Sharing the dressing room has been an unforgettable experience. We've learnt a lot from him. Sachin is just enjoying his cricket ufffd He's the best batsman in the world. Hopefully, we can continue in the same vein."
