Andrew Garfield says he deliberately didn't pile on muscles for his role in "The Amazing Spider-Man" so as to be different from other action heroes.
The 28-year-old actor, who will be seen opposite real life girlfriend Emma Stone in the film, is ensuring his female fans aren't expecting too much from him, reported Showbizspy.
"We didn't want it to be Jason Statham in a suit. We wanted it to be very much Peter Parker as half spider, half boy. He just happens to have spider DNA running through his blood so it's not a case of me trying to look buff," Garfield said.u00a0
