Delnaaz Irani gears up for Parsi New Year on August 18

They know it’s nice to be important but more important to be nice. I will visit the fire temple which will be followed by a special lunch cooked by my mother Roda. I love Parsi dishes like Margina Farcha, Patra Ni Machi, Lal Dal, Mutton Pulav, Salli Boti and Laganu custard.”
