Dhruv Meshru scored a brace, as Greenlawns High School trounced a hapless Podar International (Santacruz) 7-0 in an U-16 Div IV Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school league match at Azad Maidan yesterday.
Kanishq Parekh, Suriya Karan, Aumkar Wagle, Utsav Daga, Karan Jobalia added a goal each for the winners who are keen to make it back into Div III after their demotion to Div IV this year.u00a0

“It is really frustrating to be demoted to Div IV. Today, our team played well, but this was a weaker team. We need to win against stronger opposition. This being my last year in school and I just hope we can make the final and ensure we are promoted back into Div III,” said Dhruv.
