Paris: Italian fashion designer Valentino Garavani served socialite Kim Kardashian with a diet wedding cake. The designer hosted an intimate brunch for the reality TV star and her would-be-husband, singer Kanye West at his home, the 17th-century Chateau de Wideville estate in France on Friday.

Andre Leon Talley, Vogue’s former editor-at-large, who was among the 20 guests at the gathering, said that Garavani gave a sugar-free cake made with green apples and strawberries to the couple. The cake was decorated with hearts and bore the names of the couple. “This is my diet cake,” said the designer.
Garavani, 82, was eager not to sabotage Kim’s figure, after she lost 55 pounds ahead of her wedding in Florence (Italy). Meanwhile, Kim stepped out in a $20,000 dress in Paris for her bachelorette night and enjoyed a decadent meal at the Hotel Costes. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared a picture on Instagram of all her ladies at a dinner table, and captioned it that she was so lucky as she had the best friends in the whole wide world.
The 33-year-old displayed her curves in a heavily beaded Balmain mini-dress that was said to be inspired by a Faberge egg given to Elizabeth Taylor, who is Kim’s idol. She dined with friends, including Rachel Roy, Brittny Gastineau, sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
