Giving a desi twist to L Frank Baum's classic fairytale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, is The Shahenshah of Azeemo, directed by Shivani Tanksale and Sumeet Vyas from Akvarious Productions.

Characters like Babbar the Mamooli Sher, Phus Phus, Patrawala and a couple of witches make appearances replacing the original cast of the Cowardly Lion, the Scarecrow and the Tin Man.
