Lorange, the new shop to open adjacent to atelier, is a treasure house for kids and seems straight out of a fairy tale

Visitors to home d ufffdcor shop, Atelier, now have a double shopping bonanza ahead: a new kids' shop has opened right next to it. Named Lorange, the shop lets your kids participate in numerous workshops while you go shopping.

Owner Roheena Nagpal says that there are few stores in the city, which sell products to furnish a kids' room. "Adults can either sit in the living room, dining room or bedroom but kids are always glued to their own room, where they play, eat, study and sleep. Therefore their rooms need to look bright and colourful."

Nagpal even guides her clients in choosing items and sits with them to discuss the styling of the room. She maintains that each item is handpicked and designs can be molded according to the requirement of the client. "I have a design book from where my clients choose their designs and we take 45 days to deliver the products," she adds.u00a0

Colour and innovation are at the core of the store. The moment you step into the kids' section, your mood will lift up and the child within you will jump out of joy. The store displays furniture such as single bed, bunk beds, play / study tables, cushions, dustbins, lamps, drapes, wall papers, bed linen, telephones, flower pots and other items.u00a0

While going through the store, we spotted some funky phones shaped like a ball, puppy and a soft drink can.
We also liked the showpieces such as the red and yellow metal bicycles with flower baskets. They also have night lamps attached to teddy bears and treasure boxes available in different colours such as blue and pink.
Check out the fancy dustbins hanging on a stick, which are being held by a village boy or bins attached next to the figurative artworks made from metal.

Don't miss the bookends shaped like scooters and Mickey Mouse. But the best of the lot was the toilet tissue holder, which masquerades as a tube of toothpaste.

From 10 am to 8 pm
At First floor, opposite Anand Park, ITI Road.
