Although Danny had not picked up the phone with his teeth in years, he eventually remembered how to do so, and then Bennett was able to call 911. "I would still be there," Fox News quoted Bennett as telling the news station.
"Nobody was coming to check on me until Monday or Tuesday," she said. Bennett, who is an author, said that she never dreamed Danny would save her life, and now she plans to write future tales about him.
