“I'm not used to the Mumbai heat and to top that, set lighting just took a toll on me, and my body gave up. I have no memory of how I got to my room, but I have been told that everyone -- from the director to the spot boys -- got really scared and took good care of me. Now, I'm fine and back to shooting and travelling for promotions,” Monica said in a statement.

According to a source, Monica fainted while shooting for an outdoor sequence for the Star Plus show, which is about self-discovery, friendship, relationships and exploring life. The crew immediately carried Monica to her vanity van and gave her glucose and sweets.

The ongoing track shows that the lead Radhika Mishra (Monica) has shifted to Mumbai from a small town and is exploring the city and hunting for a job.

Monica points out that she has stocked chocolate for an instant energy boost.

“It is chaotic and exciting right now especially because of the launch month. But I have my secret weapon with me, my chocolates, to keep me energetic and on my toes,” she said.
