The long wait is finally over. For months we've been hearing about Drashti Dhami and Arjun Bijlani's upcoming show 'Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil'. Some even claim that it is a copy of Subhash Ghai's 'Pardes', but somehow we feel it's a blend and inspiration from a lot of films.

The promo shot by filmmaker Onir breaks with Drashti in Austria waiting for the train. She puts her bindi on a hashtag poster. Arjun who looks like he just popped out of a Karan Johar movie, sees the bindi and begins a game of tic tac toe. The game continues as days pass by until the last move. Arjun is waiting to see who is his opponent in this bizarre game of tic tac toe, but even before he can get a glimpse someone takes off the poster.
The incomplete story makes you want to watch the show and definitely ignites a curiosity. The show is said to be a love and hate relationship with a lot of funny, romantic and cute moments. The promo surely raises hopes, let's hope the show lives up to all the hype. The music used in the promo is quite soothing and catchy. Both Drashti and Arjun look great and it is a refreshing pair. Guess if the story is as interesting as the couple, we won't have anything to worry, right? Fingers crossed!
