Axar's 29-ball knock was laced with four boundaries and two sixes. The 22-year-old came in to bat when his side was struggling at 66-four.
Patel had a fifth wicket partnership of 75 runs with Yogesh Nagar (32) as Reliance 1 beat the airmen with a ball to spare. Earlier, Paul Valthaty scored 81 for Air India as they posted a total of 172-4 in 20 overs.
