Started in 1999 with ten underprivileged HIV + women further went on to include other women from the lower rungs of the society. The project now has around 3000 women working under it. It provides training in five municipal schools where women are trained to be beauticians, learn the application of mehendi and tailoring.
Women also learn embroidery, diya and pouch making during their training sessions. The organisation also conducts various awareness sessions on women's rights and health issues.
