The blue WagonR car, was attacked when it was being driven by a party member and a leader from Rohtak, party sources claimed.

The car is being used by Aam Aadmi Party's Rohtak candidate Navin Jaihind for campaigning since he does not have a vehicle of his own.

However, he was not in the car when the attack took place. Jaihind had returned to party office in Rohtak after campaigning when the vehicle was taken away by the two party members, the sources said.

Two unidentified persons who were on a motorcycle intercepted the car and signalled its driver to stop. Presuming that some AAP supporters wanted to talk with the leader, the driver stopped the vehicle.

However, as soon as the car stopped, the two men smashed the windshield with an iron rod and fled. A complaint has been made to the police in this regard, the sources said.

Jaihind, who is contesting from Rohtak which is represented by two-time MP and Chief Minister's Bhupinder Singh Hooda's son Deepender Singh Hooda, recently drove to file his nomination papers in Kejriwal's car.
