After making her international singing debut, Priyanka has lent her voice to Disney's animated film "Planes". She has dubbed for an Indian plane, called Ishani, in the movie, which is a spin-off of "Cars" and "Cars 2".
"Every little girl wants to be a Disney princess, from sleeping beauty to Cinderella. Even I wanted to be a Disney fairy. This is the closest I could come to being a Disney princess, Ishani," Priyanka said. "When I saw the film, it was like initially weird that a plane is talking in my voice. I am very animated, I open my eyes and talk. It is creatively different, it is novel. It is an exciting venture for me, not too many people have done it," she said.
Priyanka feels there are a few similarities between her and Ishani - she is confident, races with big bad boys and she is tough. The actress says she believes in working wherever work calls her. "I am an entertainer, performer, I go where I get work. It is not a crossover for me, I don't believe in this word. I am happy in this Indian film industry, love Hindi films, it is like an expansion to me," she said.
