FC Mumbaikar put up a good showing and went on to register a fluent 2-0 win against Companeroes SC 'B' in a second division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league held at the St Xavier's ground in Parel yesterday.
Arthav Sawan and Kailesh Damankar struck a goal each to secure the win for Mumbaikar.

In another match of the same division, Indian Gymkhana and Sagar Mitra Mandal shared two goals and points as they were engaged in a 1-1 draw. Pradeep KP was on target for Indian Gym while the Mandal side scored through Saurabh Hadgal.
