What: The Kebab Festival at Kangan brings the most popular food of the North-West Frontier province. What: The Dragon Boat Festival at Ming Yang, Taj Lands End, is being organised in memory of the 4th century Chinese poet Qu Yuan. The Sichuan spread, inspired by dragon races, includes Pork Chop in Black pepper Sauce, Almond White Fungus Soup, Szechwan Chong sin Spicy Soup, Barbeque Lamb Chops, Kung Pao Lobster.

From the streets of Singapore
What: Singaporean Chef Thanalaban is in the city to rustle up signature dishes as well as food from the streets of the Southeast Asian country.
