A year after buying it, Anushka Sharma will soon shift to her new abode in Versova
Almost a year after Anushka Sharma bought a new home, the actress will be finally shifting to her sprawling apartment soon.

For the past months, the star had been taking a keen interest in doing up her dream house in Badrinath Towers in Versova. She had been often spotted visiting her abode on the entire 20th floor. Presently the actress stays elsewhere in the same area but the 24-year-old was keen to own a huge house.
Says a source, “Anushka is leaving no stone unturned to make the house the way she has visualised it. Though she is presently shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s film apart from her brand endorsements, she always managed to take time off to check on the work that was going on. Even when she was not in the city, she regularly kept in touch with the interior designer and got briefed on everything that was happening via phone and emails.”
Her family too is said to be very excited and is apparently looking forward to shifting into their new home. The source adds, “Being extremely close to her folks, Anushka always wanted that her parents stay with her. They shifted from Bangalore a couple of years ago and have been staying with her in Mumbai.” The actress has also bought a lot of artefacts from different places across the globe for her new home.
