An FIR was registeredu00a0against former chief minister Rabri Devi for allegedly making rude and insulting remarks against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and state JD(U) president Rajiv Ranjan Singh Lalan.
"Who is Lallan Singh? He is Nitish Kumar's saala (brother-in-law). Everyone knows this. I say this openly. This is why Nitish Kumar holds Lallan Singh's hand all the time whether they are in a meeting or a rally," said Rabri.
These remarks by Rabri Devi seem to have given the Bihar Chief Minister another election issue against the RJD.
The JD(U) leadership has reacted angrily complaining to the State Election Commission against Rabri Devi.
"It doesn't deserve a reaction. When someone is frustrated they end up saying such baseless things," said Nitish.
