But eating healthy is the key to a fab body. I try to make healthy choices of food, especially when I'm outdoors. When travelling, I eat a handful of peanuts, a couple of bananas and drink nariyal pani for lunch.
And to counter my chocolate cravings, I eat dates stuffed with walnuts. I make it a habit to carry tidbits like a protein bar or channa with me, as I get cranky if I stay without food for long hours.
For dinner, I sometimes eat fish with flak or sesame seeds and try to avoid carbs as much as I can. Let me tell you that I can never crash diet. It is extremely unhealthy.
