To establish this way of life, India’s first digital magazine, is inviting their users for a free fitness workshop conducted by Dr. Rahul Pendse, Fitness expert and curator of the ProActive Lifestyle Programme (PLP) along with Meena Joshi, yoga expert and designer of Fusion Yoga.
The workshop will be a 3 hour session on how to approach a healthy lifestyle with workout and diet.
This workshop will have Dr.Pendse guide his audience on living a healthy and in a conscious way. Meena Joshi will conduct a class on Fusion Yoga and the right methods of following it. Be sure to be there to learn how to create an ideal meal for a healthy lifestyle, while addressing the challenges of modern day living.
