London: Footballer Eliot Richards, who has been cured of testicular cancer, is all set to grace the greens in his National League team Cheltenham Town colours.
The 23-year-old English footballer underwent an operation to remove the tumour and endured a few weeks of chemotherapy. According to BBC Sport, Richards is eyeing a Christmas return.
“It’s good to be back. I’ve been away for a long time so I’ve missed the place.”
It all started when Richards a lump and wasted no time in getting it checked in March. He has a message. “If you feel anything and you are unsure then get it checked.”
