Serena Williams' passion for Grand Slams is such that she wants all her engagement talk and thoughts to take a back seat for now as the year's first Grand Slam begins on Monday.

Worl No 2 Serena recently revealed that she was engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, but currently, her sole focus is the Australian Open starting on Monday.
"I've said from the beginning, I just didn't want to think about it (engagement) until after Australia because Grand Slams mean a lot to me," Serena, who plays Switzerland's Belinda Bencic first up, told reporters at Melbourne Park. "I was, well, I'm not going to think about it'. It's almost a little unreal right now because I haven't taken it in. I won't allow it to sink in because I'm so focused on training, cardio, all kinds of stuff," she added.
