One more died of swine flu in Bangalore on Sunday taking the city''s swine flu death toll to 4. The death toll in India is now at 26.

Twenty-six-year-old Shamshad Begum died at the Baptist Hospital late on Saturday.
Earlier, a 26-year-old Rupa died at the St. Philomina Hospital. It was the first swine flu death reported in Bangalore.

The other two H1N1 virus victims were Shivanna, 55, and Manjunath, 28. Both died on Friday.

Terming the incident as ''unfortunate'', Karnataka Chief Minister B. S. Yeddyurappa said his government was looking into what could have gone wrong in the four cases of swine flu deaths so far. In all these cases, the patients died before medical test results could confirm swine flu.

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that the Central Government is coordinating with the State Governments in controlling the swine flu situation, and added that there is no need for panic or disrupt daily life.

Dr. Singh said some parts of India are facing increased cases of swine flu, but there was no need to panic.
