Almond doughnut
Flaked toasted almonds carefully scattered over deep-fried dough rings drizzled with sticky sugar syrup? What's there not to like!u00a0 Another option is the Strawberry doughnut drizzled with white chocolate and studded with baby pink white chocolate gems. Heavenly stuff!

Smiley doughnut
Smeared with shiny sugar icing brightened with a few drops of sunshine, this doughnut is really a sweetened bun generously flavoured with cinnamon. A great way to spruce up a dull day! They also do Double Chocolate doughnuts (coated twice with chocolate icing), Plain Doughnuts and Chocolate Doughnuts with colourful sprinkles. They make just a few, so get there in the morning to avoid disappointment.

Wonder where the bits of leftover dough punched out of a doughnut go? Candie's wants us to believe they go straight into the frying pan. Once cooled, seven or eight are placed inside a small plastic bag, tied with a rubberband and then proudly displayed inside glass counters.
