Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has written a heartfelt letter thanking interior designer Gauri Khan for putting his 'first home' together.

Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, took to social media to share a picture of Ranbir Kapoor's note.

This is what Ranbir Kapoor wrote:

"It has been a very inspiring and enjoyable experience working with Gauri. I didn’t know what to expect in putting my first home together but working with Gauri was amazing because, in an instance, everything was so personal and to my taste."

Here's Gauri Khan's post:

Ranbir Kapoor reportedly purchased the 2,500 sq ft home in luxury high rise, Vastu Pali Hill, for a whopping Rs 35 crore.

Last year, Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter to thank Gauri Khan for her work on Ranbir's new house. Here's what he tweeted:

Ranbir Kapoor, who initially resided in the same home as his parents, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, and then moved into grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor's Deonar bungalow, is finally shifted into his own pad in Bandra.

Though the sprawling lawns of his grandmother's home will be missed, the spacious new house in Bandra has been bejeweled with minimal furniture to provide ample room for his dogs, Lionel and Nido, to roam without knocking down a precious speaker. Ranbir also shopped with Gauri in London when he was there for Karan Johar's birthday, to select artefacts.
