A grieving Georgian mother has kept the mummified remains of her dead son preserved for the past 18 years
Father of Joni Bakaradze, who was 22 when he died just before his own son’s second birthday in the village of Bashi of the Zugdidi Municipality, wanted to preserve the body so that his grandson could “meet” his dad after getting older, News.com.au reported.
The late son’s mom, Tsiuri Kvaratskhelia, used balsam to preserve the body but after a while switched to her own methods.
