Muzaffarnagar: A 18-year-girl student of intermediate class allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a tree at Mahabalipur village under Charthwal police station in the district, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when the victim Pooja took the extreme step, police said. Her body was found hanging from the tree in jungle, they said, adding that the matter is further being probed.
