The rivalry between two of the world's top skiers, America's Lindsey Vonn and Julia Mancuso is out in the open.

Recently, when Vonn, an Olympic and World championship medallist, was asked on The Dan Patrick Show what she thought about skiers sharing the mountain with snowboarders — a debate that has often raged between the two types of snow-riders, she replied: "I'm trying to be politically correct here. I do like snowboarders, but I think it would be super-great if we could have a little separation."
Mancuso, also an Olympic and world championship medallist like her compatriot, took to social media to respond. "Lindsey does not represent all skiers. ... love my snowboard buddies," wrote Mancuso on Twitter.
Mancuso later posted another tweet: "I will share my mountain with a snow-boarder everyday. Hopefully @lindseyvonn will let you in the hotel."
