Tender Coconut Green Tea
By far the simplest summer tea refresher, this recipe pairs the tenderness of coconut with the goodness of green tea.
You will need:
Tetley Green Tea Bags: 3
Tender Coconut Water: 200 ml
Tender Coconut Pulp: 15 gm
Method:
Bring water to a boilu00a0Remove from heat and allow the tea bags to steep 5-6 minutes.u00a0Remove the tea bags and cool. Then mix in the tender coconut water. Refrigerate to chill.u00a0For the garnish: You can garnish with coconut pulp and then serve

Ginger Mint lemon green tea Granita
The spice of ginger and the freshness of mint come together in this simple but hit classic.
You will need:
Tetley Ginger Mint Lemon Green tea bags: 3
Ginger Julienne: 5 gm
Chopped Mint leaves: 20 gm
Lime Juice: 2 tbsp
Method:
Bring water to a boil. Add the ginger julienne and mint leavesu00a0Remove from heat and allow the tea bags to steep 5-6 minutes.Remove the tea bags and cool. Strain the mixture and allow it to chill. Add lime juice and freeze the mixture. Crush the frozen mixture and serve.u00a0
