Govinda's nephew Vinay Anand, who featured in films like 'Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa' (2001) and 'Angaar — The Fire' (2002), is now gearing up for a comeback with a pop album.

"We belong to a music family (his grandmother Nirmala Devi was a thumri singer). However, acting took prominence and singing was pushed to the background," he says.
For the past few years, Vinay was seen dabbling in regional cinema and has acted in more than 50 regional movies. Vinay's album is directed by his wife, Jyoti, who is Tamil actress Simran's sister.
Jyoti assisted Prabhu Dheva on 'R... Rajkumar'. The album is produced by Vinay Anand's recently-launched production house, Flying Horses.
