The Dahisar police have arrested two men who shot at The Punjabi Hub Bar and Restaurant owner, Rashmikant Dineshchandra Vyas, on Friday night. They suspect that a certain Satish Shinde, who had a grouse against Vyas, hired the two men, Udi Swaroopsingh Gadhwali (26) and Manoj Kantilal Medhe (24) to kill Vyas (55). The police have recovered a country made revolver and two live cartridges.
In June 2011, Shinde had visited the bar and wanted to give his number to a bar girl who worked for Vyas. When another bar employee objected, Shinde lost his temper and thrashed the employee.
