Bite into freaky fingers
Dare a friend to eat these Spooky Chilli Cheese Toast Fingers, inspired by horror movies.


Made using bread shaped like a hand, these fingers are stuffed with melted chilli cheese and gratinated with buttered crumbs and cheese. And those ghastly nails? Chill, they're just almonds.

Executive chef Boo Kim lends his name to Boo Bun, comprising a charcoal man bun, toasted black sesame ice cream, crème anglaise and black sesame brittle. "We use activated charcoal in a Chinese steam bun for dark colour. The recipe uses mantou dough, so, we called it a man bun."
