Actress Monica Bedi, who took a break from her TV show 'Saraswatichandra', is back and thanks her fans for accepting her character.
"I am happy to be back and I am grateful to all my fans who have so gracefully accepted me and my character in 'Saraswatichandra'," Monica, who plays the main protagonist's stepmother in the show, said in a statement.
The actress' character Gumaan has negative shades and her re-entry will heighten the drama.
According to a source, Monica has been away because the focus had shifted to Kumud's (played by Jennifer Winget) family.
