The concept is great, and answers your queries immediately. However, there’s a snag. It’s not a legally valid communication, as it would be the case with an original company customer care executive — especially with delicate issues like faulty products etc.
Haptik needs to make their executives aware of company policies, in terms of return and repair, and offering technical assistance. Before hopping on to the Haptik van, we must warn you that the after-app feeling is no different from speaking to a real customer care executive — irritation, confusion and an unsolved problem. It works as it’s better than waiting for hours, listening to boring tunes and, the interface (in pics) is possibly, the simplest.
