Do you hate calling companies, speaking with automated machines for each query? There’s great news in store.
Try the new app, Haptik, and get all your queries answered within minutes. The app promises to answer all your queries in three minutes, on over 200 national brands and their products. Sign up with your Twitter, Google+ or Facebook account, and you’re good to go.
Send queries to Haptik executives, who will be online via chat, or call the Haptik hotline number.
The company promises to answer your queries in three minutes, and longer if it requires a background check.
The concept is great, and answers your queries immediately. However, there’s a snag. It’s not a legally valid communication, as it would be the case with an original company customer care executive — especially with delicate issues like faulty products etc.
Haptik needs to make their executives aware of company policies, in terms of return and repair, and offering technical assistance. Before hopping on to the Haptik van, we must warn you that the after-app feeling is no different from speaking to a real customer care executive — irritation, confusion and an unsolved problem. It works as it’s better than waiting for hours, listening to boring tunes and, the interface (in pics) is possibly, the simplest.
