I have been chatting with this guy online for the past year. He is a complete charmer and is good-looking (at least in the photo he mailed me) and is from Mumbai.
We have been talking everyday, but still haven’t met. I really want to meet him, but there’s always something that happens in his life that makes him end up cancelling our meeting. This has been going on for months. My friends say I should stop talking to him, but I can’t. You might think it’s crazy, but I really do love him. I know we haven’t met, but I’ve fallen in love with him. My pals tell me I have fallen not for him, but for his witty answers. As it’s been going on for so long I don’t know what to think or do anymore. I have asked him for his mobile number, but he says we should hear each other’s voice only when we meet. I have such high expectations of him that I cannot wait to meet him. Should I wait for him or heed to what my pals are telling me?
You have to listen to what your friends are telling you. From the looks of it, this man is definitely taking you for a ride. You should get the hint as he is avoiding meeting you. Every time he is coming up with an excuse. He is doing this repeatedly as he has something to hide. It is time you wake up and smell the coffee. You are a fool to blindly trust him and believe in him. Once or twice he may have an excuse to not meet you. But he is repeatedly doing it even when the date and timing is fixed according to his convenience. You are blindly trusting him and what guarantee is there that the picture he has mailed you is of his? You have not seen him or heard him. Be wary the next time you chat with him, you cannot trust this man at all. Either you meet him or stop chatting with him. He may be doing it for the kicks and might leave you heartbroken.
