The Bakersfield Blaze, a minor league Californian team, posted on their Twitter account that the fearless cat, Tara, will be honoured at next Tuesday’s game with the first pitch.
The team’s spokesman, Dan Besbris said that the team has a trick up their sleeves to help the cat complete a pitch, unless it freaks out and runs off.
