Burritos to beetroot tacos

Check out live demos of Baked Spinach and Beet-root Tacos and nachos (in pic) and Pao de Queijo (resembling Brazilian cheese rolls). Sample dips and salsa varieties, Elotes (corn on the cob served with cojita cheese and sweet paprika) and churros with chocolate sauce. On the occasion of the day commemorating Mexican army’s 1862 victory over French forces, chefs Kelvin Cheung and Boo Kwang Kim will offer a special menu featuring gluten-free versions of popular Mexican dishes like quesadillas, vegetarian (in pic) and non-vegetarian tostadas. Also, tuck into
