According to a source, Duff had dinner with a girl friend at Catch LA restaurant on Saturday before they were joined by Eastwood, reports eonline.com.

Duff and Eastwood began to have a conversation and "at one point, she was very flirtatious with Scott", said the source. "The two talked for quite some time. Hilary was all smiles and looked happier than ever despite her recent split." The two reportedly followed up the dinner with a visit to 1OAK nightclub nearby. Hilary broke up with Walsh in November.
