Kajal Aggarwal, who plays a visually impaired character in Deepak Tijori’s upcoming film, 'Do Lafzon Ki Kahani' read Hellen Keller’s books, went for workshops to the Xaviers Research Centre for the Visually Challenged; a special branch of St Xavier’s College in Mumbai.

Says the actress, “The workshops helped me in terms of understanding life, mannerisms, daily activities and chores of the visually challenged. I was taught basic Braille and was made familiar with various equipments used by visually impaired people like special computers, audio machines, microwaves, watches and cellphones.”

The actress adds, “I was also taught walking with a stick with my eyes shut so that I get a genuine feel and body language of the visually impaired. I had to control my eye movements and that was difficult as I’m a hyper person. Shooting for the film was draining emotionally as this is an extremely intense film.”
