Dear Diana, I'm 19 and don't have too many friends. I spend most of my time in front of the idiot box.
Of late, I have started watching porn. I do feel guilty about it as I am overdoing it. I have become a porn addict. I read recently that watching porn continuously leads to mental illness. Am I going to become a mental case?

At your age a lot of boys, out of curiosity, want to watch porn films. It is a guy thing but what you are doing is going overboard. You are addicted to it. If you are going to watch it morning to night, it will not only affect your psyche but also your eyesight. It is strange that you say that you have no friends. At 19, for most people their world revolves around their pals. I suggest you step out for some fresh air, make friends, concentrate on your studies and also get your eyes checked.
