The 40-year-old said he is not involved in the studio's planned superhero ensemble, said The Hollywood Reporter.
"I'm not working on the 'Justice League'. One of the problems with entertainment web sites is that they need to fill pages, and that's how rumours get started. Justice League sounds really exciting, but it's not something I'm working on," he said.
In the comics, The Justice League features some of DC's most popular superheroes, including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.
Warner Bros' upcoming superhero projects include 'Man of Steel' and Zack Snyder's Superman reboot.
