I'm fond of this girl in class. In my opinion, she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Everybody in college covets her. I don't know what she feels about me, but I want to be her guy. I can't get my eyes off her when in college. I have tried to be friendly with her, but she just smiles at me. How do I know if she likes me too?
She's your classmate, so getting to know her well is not exactly difficult. Get to know friends who are common to her and you, so it will be easier to make small talk when in a group. Also, as you two study in the same class, there is no shortage of topics to strike a conversation about — from lectures to professors to exams. First get to know her before you even think of being her guy.
I've been dating my boyfriend for over four years now. We've had some amazing times together, but for the past year I seem to be weighing the pros and cons of our relationship much more. What's been getting to me lately is how disrespectfully he speaks about my side of the family in front of me. I've told him how I hate it. He apologises and then does it again. I have told him that I do not poke fun and ridicule his folks, so why should he? Is it time for me to end my relationship?
If he cares for you, he will stop it. He has no right to ridicule your family members. What if you did the same about his folks? He would surely not take it lying down and throw a fit about disrespecting his parents. You need to knock sense into his head that this behaviour of his is putting you off. Either he mend ways or you go your way. If this is how his stance is now, wonder what he will do after marriage? He can't look down on your side of the family.
