My boyfriend is kind and loving. He's a wonderful human being. The only problem is that he's boring. In fact, he's one of the dullest people I know. He wouldn't do anything until he's forced to. I don't know whether we have a future together with the way things are. I want to break up, but don't have the courage to break his heart.

Instead of blaming him, what have you done to make the relationship lively and spice it up? You can make him come out of his shell. May be you don't communicate with each other enough. Talk about your feelings for him. It appears that you two are on your own trip caught up in daily existence. It is up to you to make him loosen up and make him of a cheerful disposition. If he refuses to change, then it is your call to break away. You will have to tell him frankly the reasons behind your move. There is no need to worry because it is your choice and your life.
Diana will solve it!
