Dear Diana, I'm 16 and studying in the 10th standard. I'm madly in love with a girl from our class.
Actually, she happens to be my junior as I flunked while in class nine. She’s not very attractive, but I like her a lot. I’ve never spoken to her properly. It is only hi-bye terms. How do I get to know her?

Dear Jasper,
As she is your classmate, getting to know her is not exactly tough. Strike a conversation with common friends and there’s lots to talk about — studies, exams, teachers and preparations. But for the time being, as you have a board exam coming up, romance can certainly take a backseat. Instead of daydreaming about this girl, devote your time to studies. You have a long vacation after the board exams to get to know the girl and spend time with her. For now get your priorities right.
Diana will solve it!
