Sachin Tendulkar has revealed that a waiter had once told him that his elbow guard was the reason why his bat swing was restricted, which the cricket legend then implemented

Sachin Tendulkar recently attended an event in Mumbai for the launch of a sports equipment and sportswear range named 'Sachin by Spartan'. Not only did he grace the event in style, he also shared some valuable insights during the event.

Duriing the launch event, the former Indian cricket legend stated that during his cricket career, a waiter in Chennai came upto him and offered some advice to him. Sachin Tendulkar was told by the waiter that his elbow guard is the reason why his bat swing is restricted, to which Tendulkar agreed upon.

Sachin also revealed that he went on to make changes in his elbow guard padding which helped him. He went on to say that one should always be open towards advice or ideas.
Sachin Tendulkar is the highest run scorer in international cricket with 15,921 runs in Tests and 18,426 runs in ODIs.
