Melbourne: A 28-year-old Indian-origin taxi driver in Australia will face trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman passenger.
Sunil Kumar Saharan will face trial for repeatedly assaulting a woman after picking her up alongwith her four other friends from the Perth suburb of Victoria Park earlier this month.
The alleged offences took place while the woman was in the front passenger seat and her four friends were in the rear of
Meanwhile, Saharan today pleaded not guilty to the six charges against him in the Perth Magistrates Court. He was released on bail until he appears in court again in December, ABC news reported.
