Introducing Rahul Dravid, the dancer

The Wall is shaking.

Known for his technique on the field and reserved nature off it, Rahul Dravid is the epitome of poise. But, now its time to introduce Dravid in a new avatar. ‘Jammy’ is jamming and how!

The veteran cricketer, who’s leading the Rajasthan Royals team in the IPL, was caught on video grooving to some music along with his team-mates. The dance session was an impromptu one, held in the dressing room on Sunday, after his team comprehensively beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 59 runs.

Being the mentor-captain of the Royals, Dravid could have been using the dance session as a useful team-bonding technique. And the enthusiasm of the players is a sure sign that the Rajasthan Royals are feeling upbeat after a great start to the fifth edition of the IPL season.

Rajasthan Royals are known for using innovative techniques to improve morale and unite the team. In the previous season, under the stewardship of Shane Warne, the team had implemented several practices to improve their game. The most famous was “Pinky, the doll”, which was given to a player for turning up late for a practice session. Warne also had nicknames for all the players and a buddy system in place so that the overseas players got to know their Indian counterparts. u00a0
