Irrfan Khan will soon head to Hyderabad to promote his upcoming film 'Madaari'. The actor hopes to take out time and turn into a tourist for a day to visit the iconic Charminar and relish the delicacies of the city.
Irrfan has been on a promotion spree since a long time. He visited his hometown Jaipur on Wednesday for the promotions.
"Irrfan is looking forward to visiting Hyderabad for promoting 'Madaari'. On completing the promotional activities, the actor wants to visit the Charminar and also relish the delicacies of the city,” the actor's representative said in a statement.
The story of 'Madaari' revolves around Irrfan's character, who abducts the home minister's son, against the backdrop of the loss of his own son, while the authorities led by Jimmy Sheirgill's character try to get hold of him.
Miraj Entertainment and Bharat Shah in association with EaseMyTrip.com are presenting 'Madaari', a Paramhans Creations production. The film is directed by Nishikant Kamat and is all set to release on July 15.
It also has Irrfan's wife Sutapa Sikdar as one of the producers.
